Using Survivle
By using Survivle, you agree to these terms. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use. Do not cheat, automate submissions, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or use the game in a way that harms other players or the service.
Daily results
A submitted Daily result and trail name may be displayed publicly. Results may be rejected, flagged, corrected or removed where they cannot be verified or appear abusive. Availability of rankings and saved results is not guaranteed.
Your feedback
You keep ownership of feedback you submit. You give Survivle permission to use, reproduce and adapt that feedback to operate and improve the game without payment or attribution. Do not submit confidential information or content that belongs to someone else.
Ownership
The game, code, artwork, writing and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the limited permission to use the game above.
Entertainment only
Survivle is a fictional game and is not survival, medical, nutritional or safety advice. Do not rely on game mechanics or outcomes in real-world survival situations.
Availability and liability
The game is provided as available and may change, pause or stop without notice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Survivle is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by events outside reasonable control.
